House Policies

HOUSE GUESTS 

The house requests a case per person for guest fees. House guests are the responsibility of the house member he/she came down with. Unruly guest will be forced to become drinking partners with Randal Kemptworthy.

LATE NIGHT CHECKLIST 

We live in a residential neighborhood. Please be courteous to the surrounding neighbors and businesses. Besides turning on the disco ball when returning for the night, please:

1) Shut all living room windows. Keeps noise inside house

2) Pull down shades over living room windows. Keeps outsiders from seeing what is going on inside

3) Keep checking front door to make sure is closed. This helps trap noise as well as keep out unwanted guests.

4) Close downstairs bedroom doors/windows (If possible). Minimizes noise even more

5) No loitering in front of house.
