The
House
The townhouse is located in a great location just off the Stowe
Mountain Road in a complex of townhouses. It is a modern 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom
townhouse with a fireplace and widescreen TV. It sleeps 8-12 people.
House Dates: November 30, 2002 - April 6, 2003*
* In order to get such a low price for the high
quality house we have, there is a black out period from 12/18/02 through
01/08/03.
Guest Notes
A guest here and there is fine but there really isn't enough room to accommodate
frequent guests. Please consider this before bringing your friends up.
Guest fees of $60 per weekend, $30 per night. Shares always take
priority to beds/sleeping spots. No guest to come up more than 2 weekends.

Important Note: No Weekend Swapping
Weekend swapping is not allowed. With a Partial share, you can come up as much
as you like during your designated weekends but you can not swap weekends. You
can NOT be at the house when it is not your weekend. Why? Having this the
trading option makes this alternative too much like a Full Share. If you prefer
the option, get the Full Share.
House Too Crowded
In reality, people just don't come up every weekend, which is factored into the
house capacity equation.
With 12 people coming up an estimated 60-70% of the time, that brings us to the
max of 8-10 people. If Partial Share start swapping weekends, this figure is
thrown off and the house becomes too crowded.
Fairness to Full Shares
Options cost more. The Partial Share option gives you the luxury to come as much
as you want during your designated time. It does not give you the option to come
up other times. If you want that option, get a Full Share, which is all about
having the luxury to come up anytime all season. Most full shares only come up
70% of the time so if a full share misses a weekend, the weekend is lost. The
same should hold true for a Partial Share.
Too Much Management
It's hard enough to organize buying toilet paper. Trying to manage and enforce
weekend swapping is just too much work.
FAQ - Why are the Partial
Shares more than half the cost of a Full Share?
1) Life is about options. Getting the option of coming up less for less money.
At DeAnglos, you don't pay 1/2 the price for a small sub even though its half
the size of a large.
2) More value....You get the option of coming up any weekday nite during the
season as well as designated bonus weekends
3) Partial shares are more likely to come up more often during the nature of the
option making the house more crowded. For instance, a partial share is more
likely to come up 3 straight alternative weekends than a full share is to come
up 3 consecutive weekends.
